THE STORY OF TODDS CAJUN CUISINE

I was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. I learned the art of preparing delicious "New Orleans Inspired Dishes" from the Phenomenal Women who raised me, My Grandmother (Mazie), My Mother (Pamela) and my five aunts: Debra, Brenda, Janice, Lesia and Karen. Each and every one of them played very vital roles in my life and provided the ingredients for my brand "Todd's Cajun Cuisine".

By way of New Orleans, Living in Houston, Texas. I launched Todd's Cajun Cuisine Catering in 2016. With great success from the City of Houston and surrounding areas, I realized that I was building a very successful brand and that my customers enjoyed my delicious cuisine. Fast forward to 2020, I was excited to launch my very first "Cajun Seasoning". Fast forward to 2023, we now have a total of four signature Cajun Seasonings. Todd's Cajun Seasoning, Todd's Cajun Vegetable Seasoning, Todd's Cajun Lemon Pepper Seasoning and Todd's Cajun Seafood Seasoning. and we also have launched "Three Signature Barbecue Sauces as well.
